Valerio Bottin
Valerio Bottin is an Italian architect and designer, born in Padua in 1963. He graduated in Architecture in Venice in 1991 and began his professional career working on commercial, residential, and industrial architecture. His background in architecture strongly influenced his later approach to product and lighting design, where he focused on the relationship between form, space, and light.
Bottin developed a strong professional identity in the field of lighting and contemporary Italian design. Since the 1990s, he has also been involved in research into new lighting technologies, collaborating with the University of Padua on innovative solutions for the lighting industry. His professional profile combines architectural knowledge, industrial design, technological research, and an appreciation for Italian craftsmanship.
